Family Visiting Information for Parents/Caregivers

Our Family Visitors provide prenatal support and services for infants and toddlers, personalized attention for you and your baby, and tips to support your baby's growth and development. All services are voluntary.  Join other families like yours who want to give their baby the best possible start.

What We Do

Our Family Visitors will give you

  • Free tips to help your baby grow up healthy
  • Free prenatal support and help with infants and toddlers
  • Easy ways to connect and share with other families

We will visit you at home, anywhere in your community, or virtually. Every visit is about supporting you and children to develop and grow up healthy. Depending on what you want and need, we could:

  • Answer questions you didn’t get to ask your doctor, or were too nervous to ask—like about breastfeedingsafe sleeping, how to calm a fussy baby, and more.
  • Connect you to resources to support your immediate needs, like housing or heating assistance
  • Support your child as she plays, grows, and learns
  • And much more!
